It has a smooth, pearly finish. It definitely has a strong presence, and since it's a glitter powder, a small amount can be used to last until the end. It's perfect for stage makeup that needs to really shine.

Hmm... the advertisements made it seem like it wasn't a liquid, but the actual raw material itself, so it would be much more radiant and amazing... but it's not that incredibly radiant after all. It's pretty, but not really any different from regular products.

Applying a fixing spray to your fingers or a brush, or applying a liquid glitter first and then the powder glitter before it dries, can improve the staying power.

The glitter starts flying out even before you open the lid. Even after wiping it off carefully, there will still be glitter all over your fingers or face after using it, which sensitive people may dislike. I also find it a bit annoying, to be honest... But I'll probably use it often because it's so pretty.
