As someone who prioritizes soothing, hydrating products for sensitive skin, I highly recommend this. My skin type is combination - oily T-zone with extremely dry U-zone. I have combination dehydrated skin that leans dry. (I avoid extracts and ferments) I used to use a competitor's easy-wash sunscreen, but while it applied smoothly, it felt like rubbing gravel on my face. My skin felt parched, to the point where I had to give up after a few months. (It was so drying it caused redness) I almost gave up on mineral sunscreens altogether and briefly tried chemical ones. But since zinc oxide is still the safest for skin, I decided to give Aestura a shot - and wow, what a game-changer! The texture is truly unparalleled among mineral sunscreens. Most importantly, "it's not drying at all" - I'm seriously impressed. While it doesn't stay dewy from 10 AM to evening, it doesn't flake or crack throughout the day, unlike my previous sunscreen. That's a huge win! Unless you're very acne-prone, this works great as a brightening moisturizer base too. On weekdays when I'm mostly at home, I just apply this and maybe touch up with a sun compact before going out in the afternoon... it's perfect! Of course, you'll need to use a cleansing milk or gel rather than just water to remove it properly. But the amazing feel on my skin makes the double cleanse totally worth it! The Laneige product in the photo is a chemical sunscreen. It's super gentle, so I alternate between the two. I included it in the picture since I use them both regularly.
ConsI have no complaints. After being disappointed by so many expensive products, I find Aestura's line to be really reasonably priced with great ingredients.
TipFirst, squeeze out about two knuckles' worth of product. Using only your ring finger, gently pat it into your skin, following the direction of your pores, in very thin layers. Build it up gradually with multiple thin layers. It's crucial to apply your moisturizer, wait about 5 minutes for it to absorb, and then apply sunscreen!

I prefer formulas that are hydrating yet lightweight, since some areas of my face are oily while others are dry. I recently tried the Derma UV365 Barrier Moisturizing Mineral Sunscreen. After my morning cleanse and skincare routine, I applied small amounts to my forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin. I was worried about the white cast typical of mineral sunscreens, but it blended in naturally, making it perfect for my morning routine. Surprisingly, there was minimal white cast, and the finish was so moisturizing that I didn't feel any dryness. I loved that my skin felt comfortable all day without any tightness, and my makeup didn't pill over it.
ConsThe 40ml size might run out quickly with daily use, and the price point is a bit steep. While the small tube is great for on-the-go, the need for frequent repurchases might make some hesitate.
TipFor best results, apply immediately after your skincare routine to avoid patchiness. Pat it in thoroughly before it absorbs. On dry days, layer a thin moisturizer underneath for all-day hydration. The formula controls oil while retaining moisture, which worked well for my combination skin. It particularly helped balance my skin, preventing my cheeks from feeling tight and my forehead from getting shiny in the afternoon. Unlike other mineral sunscreens that can feel heavy and suffocating, this one kept my skin comfortable all day, likely due to its high moisture content. However, the value for money is slightly disappointing. Despite this, it's a satisfying choice for those with combination skin looking for a non-greasy, hydrating mineral sunscreen without white cast.

It's perfect - not too much, not too little.
ConsWhite cast? Unfortunately, that's a characteristic of mineral sunscreens. Can't be helped.
TipThis review compares the product favorably to other mineral sunscreens, highlighting its non-irritating formula and comfortable texture. The reviewer appreciates that it doesn't dry out the skin like many mineral sunscreens do. However, they note the presence of a white cast, which is common with mineral sunscreens. Despite this drawback, the overall tone is positive, suggesting the benefits outweigh this typical issue.

This is captured by Hwahae. It has excellent spreadability, no white cast, and does not settle into fine lines. It also pairs well with cushion foundations and does not cause any skin troubles.
ConsI don't have it. I've managed to get rid of the dryness. I've been too dry for a long time.

Haha This is a mineral sunscreen with some white cast. If you experience severe dryness, it would be best to apply a moisturizing serum or cream before using the sunscreen.
ConsMy skin did not have any blemishes, and the usage experience was good.
TipI am currently cleansing my skin with a cleansing cream followed by a cleansing foam.

This year, from April, the sun was so strong that I had no choice but to try the Estrala products (I'm using all Estrala products for my basic skincare). Unlike other sunscreens, even after a long time, there is no dryness, no white cast, and no oiliness. If your skin is as sensitive and dry as mine, I strongly recommend this. It's not an oily moisture, but a watery moisture, so it's even better. The Estrala products really don't disappoint... I trust and use Estrala.😍
ConsThe storage capacity is a bit small and the price-to-capacity ratio is somewhat unfavorable, but this is the only one that suits my skin.
TipIt seems that applying it twice a day yields the best results ~.~

Being a mineral sunscreen, there was a slight white cast and it didn't feel super smooth when first applying, but it became more natural-looking over time and didn't leave my skin feeling dry.
ConsDue to the nature of mineral sunscreens, it's a bit thick and not the ideal texture for applying under makeup.

Plus, it's the type that maintains hydration without causing dryness.
ConsThere's a slight white cast, so keep that in mind when purchasing!

I took it on a trip, fell in love with it, and immediately purchased it. No dryness, no pilling under makeup, and it's moisturizing without that unpleasant sticky feeling.
ConsIt's a bit pricey and there is some white cast, but I actually like it because it evens my skin tone.
