It does brighten up, but.. there's a lifting phenomenon on my skin.. I usually have a fair and transparent skin tone at #13, but it doesn't suit my skin tone.. After applying it, I felt a lifting sensation rather than a comfortable feeling, and since I'm not dry, it made my skin look shiny, so I'm a bit reluctant to use it on hot days. The shine made blemishes stand out more.. I'm really disappointed that I couldn't get any major benefits. I couldn't really feel it calming my skin either. When I was out for a long time, my face felt irritated.

This time, I really didn't match with it. I couldn't find any particular strengths.
