  My child just started a new school year, so I applied this before sending them off. It's easier for kids to apply than regular sunscreen, and its thinner consistency spreads more evenly. The texture is moisturizing enough not to drip, yet it's a sun protection product. What's convenient is that it washes off easily with just water, causing no skin irritation and feeling comfortable. It leaves the skin hydrated with a subtle glow. Plus, it's not sticky, so hair doesn't stick to it. It absorbs quickly without any stickiness. It's gentle on the skin and non-irritating.

  Cons

  For a product meant for children, the scent initially seemed quite strong. It has a medicinal smell. The fragrance might be polarizing for some people.

  Pros

  We've been using Atopalm products for our child since they were young, so they're familiar with the sun emulsion and use it well. It's a gentle mineral sunscreen that also acts as a first cleanse, making it convenient and really great. The smooth application without any white cast is excellent, so my child even seeks it out to apply on their own. I have sensitive skin too, so I use it when going out nearby. It's gentle enough for adults to use while still providing good sun protection.

  Cons

  There's nothing to complain about with this product. It doesn't cause any blemishes and the cleansing process is simple, which is great.

  Tip

  It's really nice to use in summer with just a light layer of toner and serum before applying the sun emulsion. I noticed that adding cream or emulsion on top makes it feel a bit too rich.

  Pros

  The texture is more fluid than typical sunscreens, as it's an emulsion. This makes it absorb quickly, which is great for quickly applying it on children. The subtle herbal scent is more pleasant than the typical unscented cosmetic smell, and my child loved it! Unlike most sunscreens and sun cushions that aren't easy to wash off, requiring cleansing tissues and a second face wash, this one lives up to its 'easy wash' name. It rinses off easily with just water, leaving no stickiness, making it perfect for use with kids. Please refer to the attached photos for the texture and application examples. Photo 1 shows the packaging, photos 2-3 show the texture, photo 4 shows after full application, photo 5 shows an untreated hand, and photo 6 shows after rinsing with water.

  Cons

  However, for adult use, it can cause some pilling when applied before makeup. Also, the volume is quite small. It would be great if they could offer a larger size suitable for the whole family to use together.

  Tip

  For use before makeup, it's best to apply a very small amount or skip it entirely. Being a sun emulsion, its lightweight formula might wash off easily with sweat, so during summer, it's advisable to reapply frequently for effective sun protection.

  I was surprised by how thin the texture was, more than I expected. Usually, thin formulas can leave a white cast, but this one absorbs quickly without any stickiness! Compared to the mineral sunscreen I'm currently using, this has less white cast and absorbs better, which I really like. As described on the back, the thin formula spreads smoothly and absorbs moisturizing without feeling sticky. The third photo shows how it looks after one application. The scent is familiar - a subtle herbal or medicinal fragrance. Personally, I enjoy this kind of scent!

  Cons

  These days, even in Korea, the sun is quite strong, so I've been using SPF50 as a baseline and SPF100+ when traveling abroad. It's a bit disappointing that this product is only SPF32, likely because it's suitable for young children and infants.

  This sun emulsion is perfect for both my kindergartener and my one-year-old to use together. While my older child can use sunscreens that don't wash off easily, I hesitated to apply them on my younger one due to difficult cleansing. This easy-wash sun emulsion is a worry-free solution. It applies smoothly and rinses off effortlessly, which I love. Even a gentle top-to-toe wash removes it completely. The light emulsion texture absorbs quickly without leaving any white cast, sinking invisibly into the skin. It has a fresh, herbal scent that smells healthy and invigorating! I usually struggle with eye irritation from sunscreens, but since this is gentle enough for babies, I can apply it comfortably without any stinging. Atopalm products are consistently excellent, from cleansers to skincare basics and sun protection - there's not a single disappointing item! As always, Atopalm is a brand you can trust and rely on.

  Drawbacks? There aren't any! It's challenging to find anything to criticize about this product.

  It applied smoothly and felt moisturizing. I was relieved that the formula was gentle enough for my baby's skin. Unlike other sunscreens that seem to coat my baby's face and are hard to wash off, this one rinses away easily, leaving the skin squeaky clean.

  I've been applying this to my 10-month-old baby before daycare drop-offs. The main advantages are that it's gentle enough to use with peace of mind, and its water-like, hydrating texture makes it easy to apply. It absorbs in an instant, spreading smoothly! Since the baby is still too young for adult cleansing foams, this easy-wash formula makes cleansing simple, which I really appreciate!

  The downside is that, being a mineral sunscreen, it leaves a slight white cast. I've never been a fan of sunscreens that cause this effect. While I mentioned the water-like consistency as a plus for easy application, it can also suddenly gush out when squeezing the tube. That's a bit disappointing. Also, as someone sensitive to scents, I find the fragrance a bit strong or intense. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with it!

  For applying on a baby, you need something that glides on smoothly and absorbs quickly. This sunscreen has excellent absorption and applies effortlessly. The best part? It's easy to wash off! They say it rinses clean with just water, making it perfect for little ones.
