  Pros

  I was really concerned about using this on my baby's skin. However, the ingredients are good and there's no eye irritation, so I used it without worry. It's great that it comes with a wipe remover for washing, which made me feel more at ease while using it.

  I'm not sure if it's because the formula is too thin, but when I stand it upright on the cap, it drips down. While it doesn't leak outside the cap, it does run down inside, which makes it a bit inconvenient to store upright.

  Pros

  It's so gentle! The fragrance is lovely too. Even when I sweat, it doesn't sting my eyes. Given its mild ingredients and low UV protection factor, I wonder if the effects last long enough and if it provides proper sun protection.

  Cons

  There's a white cast, and in my opinion, it's not a natural-looking one... The texture is smooth and moisturizing, but the application could be better. You need to apply it quickly, and if you use too much, it clumps up and turns white. It doesn't absorb very fast either. I guess that's the trade-off for gentle ingredients? I'll put up with it and keep using it!

  As I'm looking for products for my kids, I'm extremely meticulous about checking the ingredients. Atopalm is a brand I always rely on, from their cleansers to their emulsion creams - I can use them with peace of mind. Being fragrance-free and non-irritating to the eyes, even the children apply it willingly. The cleanser is also convenient, so I'll make sure to apply it diligently in the upcoming summer.

  I wanted my teenage daughter, who's been using Atopalm since childhood, to use it, but she found it bothersome. So my husband and I ended up using it instead. Since I have sensitive skin around my eyes, I only use mineral sunscreens that don't sting. This product was also comfortable with no eye irritation, and the slight white cast wasn't bad at all. It spreads quickly like an emulsion. My husband really likes how easy it is to cleanse off, as men often find double cleansing a hassle.

  I've been using Atopalm since my baby was little. It's suitable for sensitive skin with 100% mineral sunscreen ingredients. It contains allantoin and chamomile extract to soothe skin that easily reddens and heats up, helping to calm irritated skin. The texture isn't too thick, making it easy for kids to apply. Thanks to its skincare ingredients, it's not overly drying and keeps the skin quite hydrated. When I tried it, there was no stinging in the eyes, and since it's washable, it's easy to cleanse off, which I really like.

  Cons

  The absorption and adherence are a bit slow, so you need to spread it well and wait a little while looking in the mirror. It can also run off with sweat, so controlling the amount and reapplying are key.

  Pros

  I had the experience of using a sunscreen without realizing it was an organic one, and suffered from eye irritation and skin irritation. So when applying sunscreen products to my child, I always make sure to check that it is an inorganic sunscreen and carefully examine the ingredients. The Atopalm Easy Wash Sun Lotion is definitely an inorganic sunscreen, so I could apply it around the eyes without any eye irritation, and it didn't cause much skin irritation either. Also, as a 'sun lotion', it had a smooth and soft application, and didn't feel heavy when reapplying. True to its 'easy wash' name, it washed off easily with just a light face cleansing during shower, which gave me peace of mind.

  Cons

  The scent was slightly chemical, like an ointment or medicine, but it wasn't extremely unpleasant and only lingered briefly when applied. Still, I think an unscented version would have been better. Even though it's not yet the high-sweat season, it wiped off a bit when I applied it during outdoor activities. I wonder if it will be effective enough during the hot, sweaty summer.

  Tip

  It has a slight white cast, so it's better to thoroughly rub it in or apply it sparingly when using on my child. (Even elementary school girls really dislike the feeling of having a white, chalky face.) While it feels like it washes off easily with just water, using a gentle face wash for kids makes my child's skin feel even more refreshed and soft after cleansing. Be sure to apply moisturizer after cleansing.
