I thought I might be losing out since it disappears after use. But being a Typenum product, I figured the scent would be amazing! First off, the fragrance is incredibly intense! I'm using Typenum hand cream, and this is even stronger. The scent is powerful enough to permeate through the unopened box. It's identical to Typenum's signature Soul Water scent, reminiscent of nature. It's surprisingly firm! It doesn't melt away quickly after use as a gua sha tool. However, with continued use, you do notice it gradually disappearing. The shape is perfect for gua sha, making it easy to handle and use. It's firmer than you might expect. What I loved was the lather! Instead of a loose foam, it creates a dense, rich lather. The scent diffuses well, giving you an aromatherapy-like experience that feels truly healing. The packaging is sleek, and when you open it, there's this burst of fragrance that's delightful. I think it would make a great gift for others or a lovely treat for yourself! While I'm very satisfied with the product's scent, the form feels a bit ambiguous. Being soap, it can be slippery when massaging with water on your body, which was slightly inconvenient.
ConsThe main drawback is that it disappears with each use... it's such a shame and feels wasteful.
