The ingredients are great, and it lathers well, so it seems to cleanse effectively. The tube format makes it convenient to use. Please have sales more often and make a larger size available! I used it once and it's way too harsh. It cleanses as roughly as soap, and after drying my hair, it felt extremely dry and brittle. This will definitely damage your hair texture. While it might reduce plastic waste, there's no other reason to use this product. It makes hair very stiff and leaves it extremely dry and frizzy. The tube design makes it easy to carry when going to the gym. It gives a refreshing shampooing experience. The menthol scent is quite strong. There's a burning sensation if the foam gets on your forehead. - te******Combination SkinAcne SkinJun 15, 2024
I've been a fan of the Eight Grow Hair Tonic, so I decided to try their shampoo as well. As expected from this product line, it has a refreshing cooling sensation. Perhaps because it's a hair loss prevention product, it produces very little lather and doesn't feel particularly gentle, requiring a larger amount to feel clean. It doesn't seem suitable for those with thick hair or oily to combination scalps. Unfortunately, I've noticed increased hair shedding since using it. Using a conditioner is absolutely necessary with this shampoo.

It's formulated with beneficial ingredients for addressing hair loss symptoms. The cream texture feels gentle on the scalp. I'm not sure why, but when I use this product alone, my hair becomes stiff and my scalp gets greasy quickly. Right after washing, there's a cooling effect and my scalp feels fresh, but personally, it seems like it strips away too much oil and moisture, paradoxically making my scalp oily faster. I thought it was just me, but my husband also finds the user experience mediocre. It doesn't lather particularly well either.

While it might not be specifically designed for scalp itchiness, I personally found it quite effective in alleviating my itchy scalp, which is really satisfying. The lather is also impressive - the more you work it, the richer and creamier the foam becomes. The texture is somewhat reminiscent of a cleansing milk. The instructions suggest not to lather directly on your head, but rather to create the foam in your hands first and then apply it to your hair. It seems like I'm losing fewer strands of hair. I'll need to use it a bit longer to be sure though... The downside is that it makes my hair incredibly stiff. I mean, it's unbelievably rigid!

I like that it contains biotin, and overall it's pretty decent. While the lather is moderate, it would be great for a pre-wash shampoo to create a rich foam. Since it's not a pump bottle, it's a bit inconvenient to use in the bathroom. As it's an anti-hair loss shampoo, it leaves the hair feeling quite stiff when rinsing. Great cleansing effectiveness and less irritation, which is wonderful. But what I love most is that after washing my hair, it's not stiff but becomes smooth and manageable. It's absolutely fantastic! I'm completely satisfied without any drawbacks. Next time, I'll have to try their leave-in hair product as well!
