After having a baby, my skin became extremely dry, so I've been trying various body emulsions. This one has a great texture and scent. Even though I tend to apply generously, it absorbs well into my skin. Since having a baby, my skin has been very dry, so I've been using different body emulsions. This one feels a bit thick for an emulsion, making it challenging to use up completely. It also seems a bit on the pricey side. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesRecommendedApr 22, 2024
I picked this up at Costco. I'm really satisfied with how it absorbs, its hydrating power, and the fact that it's not sticky at all. Personally, I don't really notice any goat milk scent. I've been using this on my baby, but I'm considering a refund because the fragrance is too strong. Looking at the ingredient list makes me even more hesitant. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMar 24, 2024
The way it absorbs is beyond words, and there's absolutely no sticky feeling. I personally like the scent, but I'm a bit concerned about the ingredients since I have sensitive skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 23, 2024
I love how it's moisturizing without being sticky. It seems to hydrate my skin really well. I'm hesitant to use this product because it contains butylphenyl methylpropional, an ingredient that's being banned in Europe. - lh****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 17, 2023
Despite being called a body emulsion, it has a cream-like texture that absorbs well without any stickiness. I love how it makes my skin feel soft and gives it a beautiful glow. The scent is quite strong, which might be polarizing for some. I didn't realize the ingredients weren't as good as I thought. I bought this during a sale at Costco. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedMay 20, 2023
The absorbs is truly excellent. It's soft and... it's hard to describe, but it has a cream-like texture when applied. As for the scent... there's a hint of that distinctive goat's milk smell? It's similar to a milk scent. Combined with the shea butter fragrance, it creates a unique aroma that might be polarizing for some people. My skin is combination dehydrated and usually stings immediately when I use incompatible products, but I haven't experienced that with this one at all! When applying it to my face, I use it as the final step in my skincare routine (after toner-serum-emulsion), spreading a thin layer. This helps maintain hydration in my skin for a long time. For body application, I just slather it on liberally. Since the body has a larger surface area than the face, I end up using more product, but I haven't found it to be sticky or uncomfortable even when applied generously. It feels like it's instantly absorbed into the skin. My boyfriend, who has even more sensitive skin than I do, had no issues when applying it to his body. However, when he used it on his face, he experienced a tingling and burning sensation. I think this product might not be sufficient to use alone on the face. It would be better to apply it in very small amounts after a thorough skincare routine, mainly to lock in moisture and prevent it from evaporating. While it absorbs well, I wouldn't recommend applying too much. It absorbs into the skin well, but you don't want to overdo it... And as I mentioned earlier, the scent might be divisive for some people. Feel free to apply generously when using it on your body. However, when using it on your face, only use a small amount as the final step in your skincare routine!
