This was not purchased for the purpose of improving skin troubles, but for moisturizing. I searched for ceramide and purchased it. It can be applied carelessly without burden, it is moisturizing and not heavy. It seems to have well-balanced oil and moisture. (Skin troubles seem to be due to contact and immune system issues...)
