There doesn't seem to be any white cast, and it's fine to reapply during the day. Just note that its ability to brighten the complexion or conceal blemishes is quite minimal.
ConsThe downside is that it's a Japanese product and a bit on the pricey side. Other than that, I can't think of any drawbacks.

I adore formulas that glide on like water, but they're so hard to find...
ConsThe ingredients must not agree with my skin because when I apply it, my face gets all bumpy and it's so unpleasant. My skin turns red and gets itchy too.
TipI loved how it absorbs like water, but it just doesn't seem to work for me. Looking at other reviews, it seems many people don't experience the bumpiness I do, and I can't figure out why it doesn't suit me. If only the ingredients worked for me, I'd absolutely love to use this product.

While Anessa is known for its strong UV protection, it can sometimes be harsh on the skin, often causing blemishes. However, this mild version is noticeably gentler. It applies smoothly without feeling greasy, and being a hybrid sunscreen, it doesn't leave a strong white cast. It's great for combination dehydrated skin and those with complex skin types.
ConsEven though it's labeled as mild, using just a regular foam cleanser isn't enough to remove it completely. You'll need to use a dedicated oil cleanser or cleansing emulsion to thoroughly remove it. Also, as time passes, you might feel some deep dryness. If you have dry skin, you might find the hydration aspect a bit lacking.
TipApply it in small amounts multiple times. This way, you can apply the full recommended amount smoothly without leaving a white cast.
