I heard that forskolin is good for overall health, not just for dieting, so I consistently took a few bottles. While the effects weren't dramatic, it didn't seem to cause any significant changes to my body either... That's about the extent of it. To be honest, the biggest advantage is the absence of side effects. With other high-potency diet pills, I often feel nauseous or like my body isn't accepting them. But with this one, I took it without any issues whatsoever. However, the results aren't dramatically visible. I bought a two-pack, but now I'm trying a garcinia product from another brand with one bottle of this left. That's why I couldn't bring myself to open a new bottle just for a photo of the pills, so I only photographed the packaging. It's meant to be taken in the evening. It's comforting to take before bed (easier to remember than pre or post-meal doses), and it's relatively affordable. The effects are barely noticeable... Maybe a slight reduction in bloating? I have almost all of Green Monster's products, and the green tea catechin, garcinia, or xanthigen are better... This pill is also the largest among them (similar in size to chitosan). Taking this didn't improve my bathroom habits or help me lose weight. It feels like the effectiveness is practically zero... haha
