Pros
It definitely helps me go to the bathroom more often and makes it easier to pass things the day after eating a lot. It doesn't make me lose a lot of weight, but it helps maintain what I've eaten.
Cons
I didn't have any side effects at first, but at some point after taking it, I started having irregular bleeding. The bleeding stopped when I stopped taking the medication, but it seemed like it didn't agree with me, so I've stopped taking it now.

Pros
I'm not sure if it really helped much. My mom and I took it together, but she didn't see any effects on her constipation or diet, and I think I didn't see results because I didn't take it consistently. There weren't any inconveniences in taking it.
Cons
I kept having diarrhea when I took it, so I couldn't keep taking it consistently... I kept trying but eventually gave up...

Pros
When I first opened the bottle, there was a plastic bundle inside, so I thought it was defective. However, the pills only filled about half the container, which was there to protect them from shaking and breaking. There was quite a bit of powder residue. The pills were on the larger side, but since I'm good at taking pills, I didn't experience any feeling of them getting stuck in my throat when swallowing. The aroma and taste were almost completely odorless and flavorless, but I did detect a faint yogurt-like scent. I had heard that diet-related supplements can be hard on the liver, so I had never taken them before. This was my first time trying them, and I took them for about 2 weeks without missing a day, except on days when I drank alcohol, since I read that garcinia can be bad for the liver. I wasn't actually dieting, and I was binge eating during my menstrual cycle for the entire 2 weeks. Whether it was because of the supplement or not, my bowel movements were more regular than usual, and even though I was eating more than normal without any diet or exercise, I didn't gain a single kilogram.
