I'm really focused on dieting and exercising this summer, and we all know that reducing carbohydrates is good, but honestly, it's so hard not to eat them. I love rice, bread, and noodles so much that if I don't eat them, I feel stressed and end up gaining more weight. So I decided to get help from Garcinia along with my exercise. People who love carbs and hate vegetables often have trouble with bowel movements. I was the same way, but the most noticeable benefit after taking Green Monster Garcinia was that I started going to the bathroom every day. With easier bowel movements, the unpleasant bloating in my abdomen also disappeared. I haven't even been taking it for a month yet, so the weight hasn't changed much, but everyone says my whole body looks less puffy. I started taking it on August 9th, and just 2 weeks in, the puffiness in my face has decreased a lot. And I like taking it before meals. I used to forget to take the brand I used before because I took it after eating, but with this product, I have to take it before my meal, so I don't forget, and I end up eating a bit less out of conscience.

Garcinia supplements seem to be mostly in large pill sizes. This product is also about the size of my fingertip, so it's not small. The swallowing isn't super smooth, but it's manageable.
