I think it's generally fine. There's hardly any fishy smell, which is nice. The pill size is indeed quite large. I'm not sure if it's really good value for money.

I've been making sure to take my omega supplements regularly since I heard they're essential. From what I've gathered here and there, it seems this product offers good value for money considering its ingredients and price point. There's nothing particularly bad to mention. I'm making an effort to take omega-3 regularly since I've heard it's good for cholesterol. Investing in my health! I've had no luck with omega-3 supplements, including this one. I really want to find one without a fishy smell, but I'm extremely sensitive to that odor.

It's affordable, easily accessible, and great for taking without any worries. 1. Since it's not individually packaged, I was concerned about the pills being exposed to air and light every time I took one out. 2. This was the most satisfying omega-3 supplement I've ever taken. Surprisingly, it helped reduce leg swelling. When I was a student, it even eased eye strain! It's quite expensive... I used to buy it at duty-free shops, but nowadays with the high exchange rates, even that option is too pricey.
