1. I bought this as a precaution for those days when I can't resist overeating, despite being on a year-round diet. 2. I was worried after reading reviews about stomach discomfort, but I didn't experience any issues. 1. There's no significant difference in weight. It just helps alleviate mental stress. 2. I won't repurchase. These types of products always rely heavily on fear-based marketing.

I wasn't necessarily looking to go on a strict diet, but I found myself overindulging too often, which led me to this product. The pills are small, making them easy to take. You only need to take two pills once a day! They seem to have a healthy scent, and I feel like they're helping me manage my health better than if I weren't taking anything at all. When this product became super popular, I bought and tried all the different types. Before, I had to take many pills like garcinia and catechin, but switching to this product was so convenient as I only needed to take 2 pills. The effects were incredible. To be honest, I think this product has an even greater effect on bathroom visits. The pills don't create excess powder or leave residue on your hands. Although it's 2 pills, they're small and very easy to swallow. There's no strong smell, and you don't get an unpleasant taste when taking them with water. I also love that the pill container isn't too big. It's expensive! Personally, I only purchase it when it's on sale. The container is pretty, it catches my eye on my vanity so I remember to take it regularly. I initially tried the powder form but switched to this for convenience. The capsules are about 1.5cm, not too small, and I have no trouble swallowing them as I'm good with pills. Unlike the powder which had a bitter taste, these have a dried grass scent when you take them. It's manageable to take, though not daily. I originally bought it as a diet aid, but while I'm not sure about its effect on regularity, it does seem to ease digestion like a digestive supplement. I've gone through a couple of bottles, but I think longer, more consistent use might be needed to see real results. The scent isn't particularly pleasant, which makes it challenging to take daily.

Convenient travel-sized packaging. Simple to use - just take 2 pills before bed. Minimal medicinal taste or smell compared to typical supplements. Weight loss is primarily due to cleansing the colon, not actual fat reduction. It doesn't help with substantial weight loss factors like decreasing body fat. I took 2 pills with a glass of water 30 minutes to an hour before bed, and had a bowel movement the next morning. (Results may vary)

However, when I didn't know the proper approach, I relied solely on this supplement and overate for 2-3 months - honestly, it's normal not to see changes during that time! Once I combined moderate exercise and a balanced diet with the supplement, I lost about 4kg and my lower body slimmed down noticeably. I'm so satisfied with the results! The supplement itself has an unpleasant odor, which leaves an aftertaste after taking it. That's a bit disappointing. It's completely tasteless, so you can swallow it quickly. I'm not sure about any positive aspects yet. The quantity is disappointingly small for the price. It's wickedly expensive.
