I always take omega-3 as it's an essential supplement, and I'm satisfied with this product because it offers great value for money. I'm particularly pleased that it contains 1g of EPA and DHA! I'm impressed with the ingredient concentration and country of origin. The individual packaging is a nice touch. Given that it's Omega-3, the smell is somewhat unavoidable, but it's a bit strong. The high price point is also a drawback. I really liked that it didn't have that fishy omega smell. The size was just right, making it easy to take, which I appreciated. The price seems a bit steep, making me hesitant to purchase. There are so many affordable options available these days.

I'm quite satisfied with the daily intake amount. They're average-sized and have a soft, jelly-like texture that makes them easy to swallow. Plus, there's no noticeable smell, which is great. As for effectiveness, I'm not really sure since the results are subtle. But I suppose taking them is better than not taking anything at all! If you're wondering which Omega supplement to try, I'd be inclined to recommend these.
