First off, I loved that it's a comprehensive multivitamin, so taking just one pill is enough. As someone with poor eating habits who doesn't get enough nutrients, I was really satisfied with this. There's nothing bad to say. Even if I really, really try to find fault, there's nothing. It's just a good, reliable supplement that's easy to take regularly. I struggled for a few minutes at first because I couldn't open it. You really need to press down hard and turn it with a lot of force. I wish I had realized that sooner!

A product easily available at Costco, online, and on Coupang. I chose it because it has high vitamin content across the board and provides a well-rounded mix of nutrients. It's the perfect choice for effortlessly getting your daily nutrition - just one pill a day does the trick! I wish the iron and magnesium content were a bit higher.

I started taking Centrum multivitamins after hearing good things about them. It was a hassle to take various individual supplements, but I love how convenient it is to just take one pill a day. I'm not sure about the effects yet, but... A famous product! It's easy to take with just one pill a day, and it's great as an all-in-one multivitamin! While there's nothing particularly disappointing, it's hard to expect dramatic results
