It's easy to take and great to have after meals! Even if you eat a lot, this product helps maintain your weight at the very least. It also contains probiotics, which aids digestion. After seeing me take it, my mom asked me to order one for her too, so we're both using it now. Being a control product, it's not dramatic, but what I love most is that I can take it lightly without worrying about side effects. It's definitely worth trying! Results vary from person to person - I've seen some people lose quite a bit of weight! For me, it was more about maintaining my weight with a slight reduction, but I'm satisfied! There aren't any real downsides, but if I had to mention something: due to the green tea extract, those with sensitivity might have trouble sleeping if taken at night. Love the affordable price! The Olive Young sale starts today, so everyone should grab some. The results are solid! Nothing particularly bad to mention, but it seems like you need to take it for a while to see results, haha.
