The price is absolutely fantastic... My hair and nails were so damaged from perms and manicures, so I've been taking this consistently. I'm not sure if biotin's effectiveness varies by manufacturer, but my nails definitely seem stronger and thicker. The best part is that it's just one pill a day, so there's no hassle or difficulty in taking it. As with any biotin supplement, you really need to take it for at least a month to see results, so make sure to stick with it long-term.

After using them for over a month, I'm not sure about my hair, but my nails feel a bit stronger! They're convenient to carry around and easy to swallow. Since there are only six pills per package, it seems to generate a lot of waste. While they're convenient to carry, this is definitely a drawback.

The packaging is especially great for taking on trips. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I bought this because it's convenient to carry around. The price is affordable, and the pill size is just right, making it easy to take. There's nothing to complain about. The price is reasonable, and it seems like I'll be able to take these for a long time.
