It's so convenient! You can take a complete multivitamin in one go with just a sip of water. I love how portable it is too. The key point is that it includes fat-soluble vitamins in moderation and water-soluble vitamins in sufficient amounts. You're like a multivitamin that's not quite a multivitamin... How can you claim to help with fatigue recovery when you're missing all 8 B vitamins? The absorption rate drops when the B complex is incomplete. It's inconvenient to have to buy and take additional supplements for the missing nutrients. It was so convenient not having to take multiple supplements separately! Just swallow one and get all the nutrients at once. On days when I felt a bit low on energy, taking this made me feel less tired. That's a plus! As I mentioned above, there was a slight fishy smell. The portability is great. I like the high concentration of active ingredients, and I trust the Dentps brand. The small packaging makes it convenient to eat, so I occasionally buy it for my parents too Apart from being nice and clean... I'd suggest comparing it with Amore Pacific's products before buying
