It's so convenient - you just tear it open and eat. It dissolves instantly, making it easy to take without water. Although it's derived from green tea, it has a delicious white grape flavor. It's really effective when you're having trouble in the bathroom! I couldn't find any flaws! It tastes like green grapes with a Shine Muscat aroma~ Sweet and tangy! You don't need to drink water separately as it dissolves really well in your mouth without leaving any residue, making it easy to consume. I used to dislike how other products left a sweet aftertaste and a stuffy feeling, but this one is much cleaner and better. The size is also small enough to fit snugly in your purse. After taking it for a week, I've noticed it causes a bit of gas. It tastes like green grape candy! Truly delicious! Also, it helps with regular bathroom visits, so I'm planning to buy more after finishing this one. My whole family enjoyed it. The price is reasonable too - it's a win-win! There are no downsides! It's even more trustworthy since it's made by the major company Amore Pacific.

The powder form makes it easy to consume. The taste isn't bad either. It doesn't upset my stomach when taken on an empty stomach. The individual packaging makes it convenient to carry around. The serving size is just right, and it has a refreshingly tangy taste. I'm alternating between this and other probiotics in my routine. I'm not sure about the full effectiveness of these probiotics yet, as I haven't been taking them long-term.

I appreciate that it doesn't contain probiotics, which many people can't tolerate. The fact that it doesn't cause any issues is a big plus for me. The tangy lemon flavor is quite pleasant. Being in stick form makes it easy to open, consume, and dispose of. Its compact size and lightweight nature make it very convenient to carry around. There's more powder than I expected, and it tends to stick to your teeth, giving a somewhat dry, powdery sensation similar to drinking formula milk.
