I did feel a bit more relaxed. However, it didn't make me sleepy or help me sleep longer. This supplement seems more suited for people who occasionally toss and turn, rather than those with insomnia. The pills are large and inconvenient to take, requiring three at a time. Unfortunately, I didn't experience any improvement in my sleep.

I highly recommend this as a supplement containing selenium that you can turn to when you're having trouble sleeping As a sleep product, it's not exactly on the cheaper side
