I'm not used to remembering to take supplements regularly, but with these, I can just pop one in my bag and I find myself taking them more consistently.
ConsThe slightly sticky texture is a bit off-putting. Sometimes it can be a bit hard on the stomach.

It's a popular choice for many, and it was a safe bet for me. I definitely noticed the effects after taking it consistently for a while, especially compared to when I wasn't taking any probiotics!
ConsI'm not sure if it's just me, but when I put the powder in my mouth, there was this sticky feeling? That was a bit off-putting for me.
TipIt's said that probiotics are best taken on an empty stomach, so I recommend taking them before meals!
