Pros
Lactofit is a probiotic the whole family can enjoy! The best thing about Lactofit is definitely its taste. Even though it's a powder, it's not unpleasant and has a nice sweetness, so it's easy on the stomach even when taken on an empty stomach.
Cons
There's not really anything to complain about! Personally, I find Lactofit's sweetness just right, but my husband thinks it's a bit too sweet. So, the level of sweetness might be a matter of personal preference.
Tip
They say it's best to take probiotics on an empty stomach. The most important thing is to develop a habit of drinking a glass of purified water and taking your probiotic when you wake up in the morning.

I've been taking this for years now, it's become as natural as eating, sleeping, and going to the bathroom. My daily routine starts with a glass of water on an empty stomach, opening up the path from my dry mouth to my esophagus, then pouring this powder straight in. It's a grape-flavored powder that tastes so good, I've never gotten sick of it or found it unpleasant, even after years of use. It dissolves easily even without water, making it convenient to take. I started taking it for smooth bowel movements, but it goes beyond just digestion issues. They say gut health is incredibly important, to the point where it can dictate a person's immunity. When your immune system is weak, you're less able to fight off invading germs and bacteria, making you more susceptible to colds that linger, and potentially leading to inflammation problems. Pros
It's easy to take and doesn't have an unpleasant taste, so I can consume it comfortably. I don't like swallowing pills, but it's convenient to just sprinkle the powder and dissolve it in liquid.
Cons

Since I have a very sensitive stomach, I absolutely must take probiotics regularly. Even if I forget other things, I can't skip these! There's a real reason why Lacto-fit is so popular.
