It made me realize that Dr. Oh Eun-young doesn't just endorse anything, which boosted my trust in the product. I usually take it on an empty stomach in the morning with water. By the time I'm eating breakfast, I can feel it working, and I'm able to have a bowel movement right after my meal. Sometimes it even works when I take it at night, but I find it most effective on an empty stomach in the morning. I've never experienced a probiotic this effective before... I don't think I'll be buying those tasty powdered probiotics anymore. The price is a bit steep. Even when it's on sale, it's still expensive to stock up on. Unlike other probiotics, this one contains zinc and prebiotics, which seems beneficial. I think it's quite effective too. While other probiotic products are usually in powder form, this one comes as tablets, and the pills are a bit large. - al********Dry SkinInner DrynessRecommendedJun 15, 2023
I love how easy these are to take and that they're individually wrapped. The dosage is also just right for me. While the price is on the higher side, I think it's justified given the potency of the product.

I even kept it refrigerated while taking it, but I didn't notice any difference between taking it and not taking it, so I didn't repurchase after finishing one box. On the plus side, it's very well-packaged and easy to take! The fact that I couldn't really tell if it was working as a probiotic? My family members all had the same reaction. First off, I love that each tablet is individually wrapped. This is great because it protects against moisture and oxidation, which could happen if they were all loose in a bottle. Another plus is the high probiotic content - 10 billion CFUs - and the fact that they use reliable, quality strains. If there's one downside, it's that the price is a bit on the higher side. You can get them at a better price when they're on sale at Olive Young. I love trying different probiotics, so I've sampled products from Olive Young, E-mart, and Homeplus. I've tried almost all the viral hits. My goal is to cultivate a variety of beneficial bacteria. I tried this one almost as soon as it hit the shelves at Olive Young, but I can't say I found anything particularly positive about it. At first, I was surprised to find it wasn't in stick form like I expected. Honestly, if I were spending my own money, I wouldn't buy this again. The value for money is terrible. In this era of large, affordable probiotic options, I can't understand why they launched at such a high price point. It's best to take probiotics on an empty stomach in the morning with warm water. If you're not seeing results, it's good to try various high-dose options to cultivate different strains. It's great that these probiotics contain 100% of the daily recommended zinc intake, so you can boost your immunity without having to take separate supplements. I didn't really find any downsides. However, if you prefer powder form supplements, you might be a bit disappointed that these come as tablets.
