This is a product I've repurchased because it's easy to take. I highly recommend it to women. The effects don't seem to show up quickly. I can't believe it, but this stuff actually cleared up my chin acne completely. It's truly amazing. Usually during my period, my acne goes crazy, but with this, it's much less severe. It's absolutely fantastic! When I tried that famous fem-something product, I had spotting and stomach discomfort, but with this, I have no issues at all. It seems to suit me perfectly. Even though I have irritable bowel syndrome, these probiotics work really well for me. The only downside is that it's a bit of a hassle to remember to take it consistently. Also, it produces quite a bit of waste. I wish it came in a single bottle like some other products. Out of all the inner probiotics I've tried, this product has given me the best results. I've been taking it consistently for 3 years now. Since it's a probiotic, I take it on an empty stomach in the morning, but I experience a bit of heartburn. So I usually eat something else right after taking the probiotic.

I bought this because it's supposed to help with vaginal and gut health, and I found it to be effective. I can't think of any downsides. It's a product I really enjoyed taking.

It works well! I tried it for the first time when I had a severe yeast infection, and it helped without causing any itching. The infection cleared up. Knowing it was developed by a pharmacist gives me confidence. I bought it because of a yeast infection, and it's effective! If I had to nitpick, the only drawback would be the small amount. I love that I can take care of both my vaginal and gut health with just one pill a day. I've noticed a significant reduction in discharge compared to before. The price is a bit on the higher side, so I wish they would offer discounts more frequently.
