  Pros

  I switched to capsules after finding milk thistle powder inconvenient, as it's known to be good for the liver. The capsules are easier to store and take. I felt it helped with fatigue recovery, so I took it consistently. However, at some point, my body seemed to become less responsive to it. For long-term use, it might be good to adjust the dosage over time.

  Cons

  The supplement has a strong, distinctive medicinal smell. Personally, after taking it for a long period, I experienced some digestive discomfort and had to stop.

  I can't live without this! I don't notice it while taking it, but after finishing the course, during the rest period, fatigue hits me hard...

  Cons

  Sometimes the medicinal smell can be quite strong. On those days, it feels like the scent might even cause a bit of reflux...

  Pros

  I bought this from Now Foods because I heard it's good for the liver and offers great value for money. I've attached my purchase history and review! As expected from Now Foods, the price-performance ratio is excellent, and being a well-known brand, it felt trustworthy.

  Cons

  The smell...? It's really strange. At first, I took it regularly, but maybe because of the odor, it seemed to upset my stomach and made me feel uneasy. As time went on, the smell became more intense, and opening the lid was quite unpleasant. Eventually, everyone in my family abandoned it, and it ended up in the trash. For silymarin, due to its distinctive odor, I think it's best not to focus on cost-effectiveness. Instead, buy a smaller quantity and finish it quickly after opening.

  It seems to help improve my condition when I take it on tired days. Compared to other products, the ingredients are more carefully selected.

  Cons

  The pills are quite large, making them a bit difficult to swallow. When you open the bottle, the smell isn't particularly pleasant.
