This product seems to be quite helpful for recovering from fatigue! There's definitely a noticeable difference between when I take it and when I don't. The pill size might be a bit on the larger side. Other than that, I have no complaints!

I always use Now Foods products because they're a global company. I take Silymarin for liver health. No real downsides, but it would be great if the price was a bit lower. Overall, I'm satisfied.
