I haven't found any significant drawbacks while taking this product.

I started taking these as a preventive measure after LASIK surgery a few years ago, when I became more conscious about my eye health. They're easy to swallow, and the 4:1 ratio of lutein to zeaxanthin is considered ideal. It's hard to find products with this ratio on the market, so I'm happy to have found this one and have been taking it regularly.

When taken consistently along with Omega-3, it helps reduce eye dryness.

Since it's packaged in sets of 6, it can be a bit tricky to pack just the right amount for a week-long trip.

The individual packaging is neat, and it's great to take regularly as it contains a balanced mix of nutrients in addition to lutein and zeaxanthin.

The only downside is the price. I'd love to stock up on more, but it's quite difficult given the cost!
