I'm taking these for my eye health. Omega-3 along with lutein and zeaxanthin are essential supplements. The pills are small, making them easy to swallow, and the individual packaging keeps them hygienic. The packaging produces a lot of waste. The individual packaging is neat, and it's great to take regularly as it contains a balanced mix of nutrients in addition to lutein and zeaxanthin. Since it's packaged in sets of 6, it can be a bit tricky to pack just the right amount for a week-long trip. My mother has been taking these consistently, and it's clear that the effects are much better than not taking them at all. Her eyesight is remarkably good, even better than mine and others her age. The only downside is the price. A friend recommended these, and I didn't notice any improvement in my eyesight while taking them. However, after finishing a bottle and not taking them for a while, I could really tell the difference. My eyes definitely felt more strained and dry without them. It's not just this product, but lutein supplements in general have a strong taste. People with sensitive palates might find the lingering flavor uncomfortable for a few minutes. I've tried various lutein supplements for my tired eyes, and this one works well. There's not really anything disappointing about it, but it's a bit pricey for what you get.
