It's the tastiest among the Vita series. I've tried almost all the varieties! There aren't any downsides, but the individual packaging might not be great for the environment, though it is convenient...

The vitamin C content is 400mg, which is on the lower side, so it's better as a supplement rather than a main source. I take a higher-dose main product after meals, and enjoy this one when I want a tasty snack. It's a chewable form that I think most people would like. The individually wrapped tablets prevent oxidation, making them great for on-the-go and perfect as a gift. There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. It's great that I can keep these in my bag and take one out whenever I need. Makes it easy to remember and take one daily without forgetting. There's not much to complain about. I think I'll need to take them consistently to really see the effects.

It's so convenient, you can just pop it in your mouth and chew like candy. They're so tasty I ate too many, which gave me a bit of heartburn. Stick to the recommended amount.
