This product is convenient as you only need to take one capsule once a day. My sister uses it and says it's great because of its portable size. She also mentions it's beneficial for improving vaginal health. The only downside she mentions is that it's a bit pricey. All Wellica products seem great. They're probiotics that can be stored at room temperature, with a guaranteed 100 billion CFU count. They contain three vaginal-derived strains resistant to acid and bile, breast milk-derived probiotics, selenium, and zinc. The 100% plant-based capsules are said to reduce digestive discomfort. I love that they're well-sealed and lightweight - this type of container is my favorite. The price was a bit of a concern, but the product itself is really quite good. When it first came out, the price seemed steep, but buying a 6-month supply brings it down to the 30,000 won range, which feels reasonable.
