Due to sudden weight changes... I ended up taking these, right after meals. Each box contains 14 packets with 2 pills each. They're fairly easy to swallow. There's a strong, unpleasant odor - either from the Green Monster supplement itself or the green tea catechin ingredient - that lingers in your mouth. Also, I didn't notice any weight loss. These are great to take on days when you feel like you've overeaten.

Just remember to avoid taking it too late due to the caffeine content. It was incredibly bitter and didn't really do much for me. After taking it for about a month, it seems to help with leg swelling quite well. However, don't expect this to magically make you lose weight on its own. I kept up my usual exercise routine but didn't watch my diet, and I still gained weight according to what I ate. The pills are on the larger side, and if they don't go down immediately with water and linger in your mouth, they taste extremely bitter. As someone who often deals with cold hands and feet and tends to get swollen easily, I think this product might be helping a bit. It contains ginkgo leaf extract, which seems to have some positive effects. I bought this trusting its effectiveness, and I'm pleased that each pill is nicely packaged, making it convenient to carry. The pills aren't too large either. It seems like you need to take these consistently for about six months to see results. There's this strange optical illusion effect where my legs seem slimmer after drinking it. I'm not sure what it is, but there's definitely a slight feeling of satisfaction. It feels like it's better than not taking it at all. I take it more for the psychological effect. I'm not sure about its effectiveness. The quantity seems small compared to the price.
