I've tried many supplements, but I don't think I've ever been as satisfied with a product as I am with this one! I definitely lost more weight with this compared to other products I've taken under the same conditions! I consistently did 30 minutes of cardio and took Starter Shining, maintained my usual diet, and lost 3.2kg! I highly recommend it. The only downside seems to be the price! But since supplements tend to be on the pricier side anyway, I didn't really feel like it was a major drawback. If you don't like exercising, focus on your diet. If you don't like dieting, make sure to exercise regularly! Remember, this is a diet supplement - you won't lose weight just by taking it alone!
