I liked that they were individually packaged, and the capsules were easy to take without much odor. There weren't any negative points. I'm not sure if it's because of these, but my sinus symptoms have slightly improved.

It's more about noticing improved immunity in the long run. The smell? Well, it's not really bothersome. It's not that strong anyway. But I really recommend this to people with allergic rhinitis. I love that this propolis product allows me to get multiple beneficial ingredients in one go. The design makes it easy to swallow too. Like most propolis products, there's a slight aftertaste, but it's not particularly strong with this one. So, it's not really a major drawback.

Since I started taking it, I've been staying healthy and avoiding colds during the changing seasons. The scent might be a bit off-putting... It also contains other ingredients like selenium and zinc, so be careful when taking it with other supplements and make sure to check the contents. Take it after meals! Be aware that you might experience some aftertaste.
