I ended up trying these after someone at the eye doctor's office recommended them to me. They're super convenient to take! If the inside of the container gets humid, the capsules can stick together. A product that combines omega-3 and ginkgo biloba extract in one convenient supplement. You take two capsules a day, so one bottle lasts a month. With each two-capsule serving, you get 500mg of omega-3 and 28mg of ginkgo biloba extract. It's said to help improve blood circulation. The omega-3 content is only 500mg, which isn't particularly high. I'm not sure about the effectiveness, but I've heard omega-3 is essential, so I'm taking this product! The pill size is small, making it easy to swallow without discomfort. While leg cramps have significantly decreased, they haven't completely disappeared. I love that I can take ginkgo biloba extract and omega-3 together. Ginkgo is said to help blood circulation even in the tiniest vessels, so it's much better than taking omega-3 alone. The price is affordable too, which is great. It's a bit disappointing that they're not individually packaged. It would be nice if they came in single-serve packets.
