Pros
The pill size is small, which is great. It's really easy to swallow. It only contains lutein and zeaxanthin, so I don't have to worry about overlapping ingredients when taking other multivitamins. After taking this, my dry and gritty eyes seem to have improved a bit.
Cons
There's really nothing I'm dissatisfied with. Maybe it would be better if they had sales more often?

Pros
Since I had LASIK surgery, I've always had to take lutein. My parents also have blurred vision and dry eye, so they always buy lutein supplements. I bought this product for them and also bought it for myself to take together. ✔️ This is the best for those who have difficulty swallowing large pills as the capsules are mini-sized. I really dislike it when large pills get stuck in my throat and leave a bitter taste, so I prefer the smaller size. This is really great in that aspect. ✔️ Improvement of dry eye My dry eye was quite severe, but it seems to have improved a bit. ✔️ My eyes feel less blurry.
Cons
There wasn't really anything disappointing! They are individually packaged, so it's hygienic, and I don't think there's anything to criticize.

I only take Ahn Gook Health's lutein. The capsule is not made of animal skin, but is plant-based. I've checked the ingredients from various sources and I only buy from Ahn Gook. After my LASIK surgery, I have dry eye syndrome, and I notice a difference in eye dryness when I take it versus when I don't. The redness also seems less severe when I take it. I've been taking the mini size and regular size for about 5 years.
Cons
Around New Year's or Chuseok, they have sales or events, so that's when I stock up. The regular price is a bit high, so it can be burdensome.
