It might be a bit disappointing if you're expecting exceptional results, as this product only contains basic lutein and zeaxanthin without the advanced formulation technology used in the AREDS2 study. If you're looking for something more potent, I'd recommend trying a product based on the AREDS2 study conducted by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. 1. Size I ordered these when I had trouble swallowing pills after tonsil surgery. The tablets are much smaller than regular lutein supplements, making them easy to swallow without discomfort. Even though I can now take pills quite well, I continue to use these because they're so convenient to consume. 2. Packaging It's great that they're individually packaged instead of being in a single bottle. With bottled supplements, it's always a hassle to get just one pill out, and I'd feel uneasy every time multiple pills came out. The individual packaging allows for clean and precise dosing, which is a big plus! 1. Effectiveness While my eyesight isn't particularly poor, I've been taking these consistently since my LASEK surgery. To be honest, I'm not sure about their effectiveness. Maybe it's because I've been taking them regularly, or perhaps I don't easily feel eye fatigue to begin with. In any case, there's no immediate noticeable effect. 2. Price They're quite expensive for their size! Because of this, next time I plan to skip the mini version and opt for a more affordable alternative with similar ingredients. Recommended for those who use smartphones or computers for extended periods, especially office workers who experience severe eye fatigue! For office workers, it's a good idea to keep these at work rather than at home. This way, you can take them daily without fail, except on weekends.

Since I started taking these, I've noticed a reduction in eye dryness and discomfort. There's not really anything to complain about. If I had to say something, maybe it would be nice if they had sales more often? I found that using a marker to write the date on the package helps me remember to take them daily. It's also great for keeping track of whether I've taken my dose for the day or not.

However, this product contains just these specific ingredients, making it super convenient to combine with other supplements! The soft gel capsules are perfectly sized for easy consumption, and each dose is individually packaged, so it's simple to toss a daily dose into my purse or bag. Plus, there's no typical medicinal smell! It's definitely become one of my long-term go-to supplements. When separating the individual doses, they don't snap apart cleanly - you need to fold and flip them multiple times.
