  Pros

  This supplement is great for conveniently getting your nutrients in one easy pill. You can get milk thistle, vitamins B1, B2, B12, biotin, and zinc all in one go. Sometimes when I take multiple supplements, I feel like a patient, but with this, I only need one pill, which is fantastic. While the size is on the larger side, it's still easy to swallow without any discomfort. I love that they're individually packaged, making them perfect for on-the-go. And best of all, the price is really affordable!

  If I had to nitpick, I'd say it would be nice if the pill was a bit smaller.
