Trusted purchase based on the excellent results from other medications by the same pharmaceutical company. After taking it, I feel less fatigued, and I believe consistent use will yield even better results. It's convenient to get both milk thistle and vitamins in a single pill. You can take care of both liver and gut health simultaneously. The packaging seems excessive compared to the number of pills inside. The pill size is large, making it difficult to swallow. I bought this for my younger sibling. When it comes to ginseng, Daewoong Pharmaceutical is the only brand that comes to mind - I guess I've been conditioned to think that way since childhood! I got it for them to try when they're feeling tired, and they really like it. There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about it. I've taken about half the bottle, but not daily - just when I felt particularly exhausted. On days I remembered to take it, I definitely felt less fatigued, though I can't say for certain if it was due to this supplement. The pills are quite large, making them a bit challenging to swallow. Occasionally, they cause some stomach discomfort.

I took this for liver health, and surprisingly, it's not unpleasant at all. The taste isn't off-putting, and it goes down smoothly. Even those who dislike typical pill flavors should find this easy to take. The pills are a bit on the larger side, which is a slight drawback. For liver health... A friend gifted this to me, so I gave it a try. While I can't see any visible effects, I'm sure it was good for my liver, right? Haha! It's more expensive than I expected, unfortunately. The size isn't particularly large, but that made it easy to take.
