It's convenient since you only need to take one capsule. They say it has a higher concentration than eating an actual apple! The pill is larger than I expected. This is great! If I eat it after overeating and before bed, it's perfect for a smooth bowel movement the next day. These days, I'm only looking for products with garcinia or green tea catechins, like this green apple one. There's nothing to complain about. It would be nice if they offered discounts more frequently.
