Cenovis feels like a brand I can trust. No matter what I take from them, it always seems to deliver solid results. I love that I can easily pick it up at Olive Young. The tablets are shaped like pebbles, so they're smooth to swallow without any scratchy feeling in the throat. I've noticed a slight improvement in my eye dryness too. I can't really think of any downsides. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the tablets look a bit old-fashioned.

The capsules are small and incredibly easy to swallow, making this product very convenient to take. I love that it's a combination of lutein and omega supplements. I bought this product because it combines lutein and omega-3, which are known to be good for eye health, hoping it would be even more effective. It seems to be working well. Moreover, since it's from Cenovis, a brand that even older folks and parents recognize, it makes for an excellent gift. There weren't any particular downsides. It would be nice if they had more frequent discount promotions.

The big advantage seems to be that it can improve eye health and blood circulation simultaneously. If you have poor eyesight, make it a habit to wear sunglasses year-round when going out, along with taking these supplements. Those with cold hands and feet might see some benefits too. While I like the supplements from Cenovis, they're always on the pricey side. Individually wrapped Given that Omega-3 can spoil quickly, I prefer individual packaging. This product is individually wrapped, making it easy to take and hygienically reassuring. 3. Smaller size for Omega-3 When I took other brands' Omega-3 before, the capsules were so large I had to mentally prepare myself to swallow them. These are small enough that I can take two at once. Nothing in particular... This has become my go-to Omega-3... The effects are as good as its price suggests. It's the only omega-3 product I've tried that doesn't cause fishy burps. While it's a bit pricey, after comparing the ingredients, I'd say the cost is justified by its quality.

The downside is that it's quite pricey for the amount you get... I usually take a different lutein supplement, but I bought this one because it was on sale at Coco. I probably wouldn't buy it without a discount. I've heard that lutein can help with dry eyes. I can't tell the difference yet, but I'm going to keep taking it consistently and see how it goes.
