I took these for the omega-3 oils to support eye health and blood vessel wellness I didn't really notice any benefits from the omega-3. The capsules dissolve quickly in your mouth with water, causing a fishy taste that made me stop taking them

I've been taking these for about two months due to my dry eye syndrome. I feel like my dry eye condition has improved somewhat. Even when wearing contact lenses, the dryness sets in later compared to when I wasn't taking them. The price is reasonable and it seems to be quite effective. I recommend it! There's nothing to complain about. I like it and recommend it. It's great, and the value for money is excellent too.

For an omega-3 supplement, the pills seem relatively small, which is nice. Plus, I was quite pleased with the price. There was a noticeable odor... To be honest, unless you're frequently visiting the doctor, it's hard to tell if it's working. The price is reasonable and the ingredients seem good. I think it's helped improve my blood circulation after taking it. I've tried various omega-3 supplements because I believe they're essential, and this one has the least offensive smell by far I can't really think of any downsides. I'm definitely planning to repurchase
