  Pros

  The pills aren't too big, so they're easy to swallow. You only need to take one a day, which is convenient. My eyes have been really strained from smartphones and computers, and my vision has been getting blurrier, so I've been taking these consistently along with blueberry supplements. The packaging is neat, and the price seems better than other products.

  Cons

  I'm on my third bottle, but I'm still not sure about the effects. I guess I'm grateful if things aren't getting worse. The capsules are individually wrapped, but they have a squishy, sticky feeling. If you don't drink enough water, they can get stuck halfway down, so it's best to drink plenty of water. Why do they make all lutein supplements the same way? The shell is too thick. It doesn't seem like it would be good for the body.
