There weren't any particular downsides. I tend to stock up when there are great deals on the official website or social commerce platforms. The same company also sells a product with added omega-3! For those who, like me, took omega-3 supplements separately, that product might be even better.

First off, it doesn't have that strange smell typical of vitamin pills, and the coating is smooth, making it easy to swallow without any discomfort. It's so convenient - just one pill a day provides the maximum daily intake of essential nutrients like vitamins! There's nothing to complain about. I love that it contains 100% of the daily recommended intake of not just lutein and zeaxanthin, but also vitamin E and zinc. I'm satisfied with my purchase and currently taking it, as I got it for a reasonable price.

I bought this product thinking I needed something to counteract all the time I spend staring at my monitor every day. There's nothing to complain about, no matter how much I think about it. It seems like a great all-round vitamin supplement, almost like a multivitamin! For people with normal vision, lutein only slightly delays age-related eye issues, so there's no significant benefit. If someone asked me the difference between taking it and not taking it, I'd be hard-pressed to give an answer. It's worth taking if you view it as a multivitamin. However, it won't dramatically improve your eyesight, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're already taking a multivitamin.

I've been taking these because I think my eyesight has worsened due to my habit of looking at my phone in the evening. My eyes seem to feel a bit less dry now. Contains essential nutrients for eye health beyond just lutein and zeaxanthin Those taking multiple supplements should be cautious of overlapping nutrients. You might unknowingly overconsume certain vitamins If you're already getting sufficient vitamins A and D from other sources, I'd recommend a pure lutein and zeaxanthin supplement instead
