  Pros

  I tried this product when my dry eye syndrome was at its worst. I noticed my eyes felt slightly more moisturized.

  Cons

  I heard you need to take it for a month, then take a month off, which was a bit inconvenient. However, my condition improved so much that nowadays I don't even need to take lutein supplements separately.

  Pros

  I've been taking this lutein supplement for years! After LASIK surgery, I used to wake up with dry eyes and relied on artificial tears constantly. But since taking this, the dryness has diminished somewhat! I tried skipping it for a few days, and my eyes immediately felt dry again, so now I make sure to take it religiously.

  Cons

  I recently cut my finger while hastily opening the package... Everyone, please be careful when opening it!!
