Since I first started taking lutein with Ahn Kuk Health's product, I always find myself coming back to it. It really works well for me. Whether it's lutein itself or this specific product, I definitely notice the benefits when I take it! I didn't really have any complaints. After taking it, I definitely feel like my eyes are somehow refreshed and clearer. The pill size is a bit large, so I had a bit of trouble swallowing it.

I felt that the brand was trustworthy, and I've been experiencing some eye discomfort lately, so I decided to give it a try. Maybe it's because I haven't taken it long-term, but I can't feel any effects. It's a bit overwhelming to take it for an extended period, especially since I'm already taking so many supplements.

I tried taking these because I heard they were good for the eyes. I took them for about 3 months, and as for the effects... It doesn't seem to have any effect. I took them for 3 months before stopping, and I didn't notice any discomfort from not taking them anymore.

There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. I think I'll need to take it for a longer period to see more results.
