It's not inconvenient to take and quite easy to use. I always have it, so naturally, it's the first thing I consume when I wake up. I wish they would offer sales more often. It's something I need to take daily, but it's quite expensive.

I was shocked by the price just over 10,000 won! Hoping it would work well, I purchased 3 bottles thinking it could be really great. I always stick to the principle of taking supplements for at least 3 months to know if they work. It was fine for the first two months, but honestly, it didn't agree with me from the third month. I made sure to take it for the full 3 months. 2. Actually, I don't like probiotic pills that are too tiny. In my experience, extremely small probiotic pills are often less effective. My personal theory is that they might contain fewer bacteria. These are a good size, and they really did help with regular bowel movements. 1. While it has the advantage of promoting regular bowel movements, this product contains vaginal probiotics, not intestinal probiotics. 2. In reality, only one strain is patented specifically for vaginal health. Comparing the overall specifications, including the number of patented strains, this product falls short. When you carefully compare the types of probiotics with those in products under 10,000 won on Coupang, they're almost identical with no significant differences. It feels like they might be misleading consumers. It actually seems overpriced. (Take a close look and compare - you'll find the same thing for around 6,000 won!) 3. Perhaps because of this... While it seemed fine for the first two months when my immune system was strong, from the third month when my immunity weakened, I experienced increased discharge, itching, and discomfort when sitting. It became unbearable. 1. When your immune system is weak, it seems you need to take probiotics with a higher guaranteed bacterial count than this. I kept a higher-strength one on hand for emergencies and took two capsules. 2. If you're using this product as your main probiotic for its cost-effectiveness, I'd recommend keeping a backup product that works well for you, like I did. Monitor your body's response. I love that the size is compact! I've been taking a powder product, but maybe due to my health, I wasn't seeing much effect. So I bought this product with a higher CFU count. I'm planning to take it consistently for a month, and if it works well, I'll switch to this product permanently. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it.
