1. This is a 400mg catechin supplement. It's an ingredient known to help break down body fat.

2. I usually buy health supplements from Olive Young, and comparing the catechin products they sell:

3. The issue with this product is...
You need to take 4 pills a day.

I bought this product because it came in a set with Garcinia at a pretty good value.

4. With the Garcinia supplement, you only need to take 2 pills,
so one bottle lasts two months
if you take it regularly.

But with this one, you need to take 2 pills twice a day...
I keep forgetting... and now it's been almost 4 months and I still have some left.
