I don't usually have high expectations for diet supplements, but I bought this to help with bathroom issues. I purchased both the Garcinia and Catechin products. I couldn't feel any effects from either product, so I don't plan on repurchasing them. I've been taking this for three months, and it's been amazing. It's helped regulate my bathroom habits, but the real game-changer is how it seems to balance my blood sugar. I used to struggle with severe post-meal drowsiness, but since I started taking this, that feeling has completely disappeared. It's truly incredible! There's honestly nothing to complain about with this product. It's all positives!

I usually buy health supplements from Olive Young, and comparing the catechin products they sell: Meta Green 360mg Max Cut Pro 400mg GMN Green Cut Catechin After 400mg Chorok-i 350mg There are more, but I've listed the ones with higher concentrations. 3. The issue with this product is... You need to take 4 pills a day. I bought this product because it came in a set with Garcinia at a pretty good value. 4. With the Garcinia supplement, you only need to take 2 pills, so one bottle lasts two months if you take it regularly. But with this one, you need to take 2 pills twice a day... I keep forgetting... and now it's been almost 4 months and I still have some left. 5. As a result... you need to take all 4 pills to get the full effect... I've seen no results in these 4 months. The main effect of catechin is supposed to be improved bowel movements... But I'm not even experiencing that. 6. Actually, when you take catechin... This might be a bit gross, but... If you eat something oily like Malatang... You'll have some colorful, oily stools... That means the fat isn't being absorbed and is being excreted instead. That's the effect of catechin. 6. Anyway... even with high concentration, I don't recommend products with too many pills. So I'm thinking of going back to Meta Green or Chorok-i. Chorok-i is the best value for money. 7. This one is good value too... If you can remember to take it regularly, go for this one. 400mg supplements are rare. Here's to all of us being slim and healthy... When taking catechin, you must take milk thistle too. And vitamin C and B... if you don't, it can damage your liver. Best value product for those passionate enough to remember to take 4 pills every single day without fail Don't forget to take: Milk thistle Vitamin C Vitamin B

While it's on the pricier side, I'm thrilled to have snagged it during this sale at a great discount! I bought it partly based on recommendations from friends, but I was already aware of catechin's benefits for weight management and was eager to try it. I can definitely say that since I started taking it, I feel lighter and better overall, so I'll likely continue using it! The price is quite steep, unfortunately. Considering you need to take 4 tablets a day, the 56-tablet supply runs out rather quickly compared to the cost. Cleared out my second bottle! A must-have for cleansing the gut. I initially bought it for dieting, and sure enough, when combined with exercise, the weight comes off! Lost 5 kilos in 3 months (while still eating everything I wanted). Will definitely repurchase. The smell... I'm giving it 3 stars just because of the odor. It tastes so bitter! I love that it's so affordable! I was skeptical about its effectiveness due to the low price, but it seems to work pretty well. It might be more effective if combined with exercise. There's no difficulty in taking it though.
